For years, I used to view the world through the lens of ‘chaos’, my brain would always be in survival mode because I struggled with the invisible burden of childhood trauma, unknowingly carrying it into my work and relationships. It wasn’t until I started my own healing journey that I realized how deeply our suppressed emotions and negative thoughts shape our present and how important it is to release them.
